How does the AI agent understand our business?
Before launch, we build a knowledge base from your documents, price lists, conversations, and policies. The AI agent only answers based on that. If there's no answer — it says so and routes to a human.
Can it connect to our CRM?
Yes. amoCRM, Bitrix24, HubSpot and others via API. The AI agent can create deals, update statuses, pull client data into conversations.
What channels are supported?
